requirements - from jd) Physical- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. safely or
with assistance. The capability of standing and bending over for long
periods while performing manual labor with or without reasonable
accommodation. Working Hours- Fulltime employment (40+ hrs/week).

follow. Job Duties and Responsibilities Directly responsible for all
departmental operations. Oversees the management of equipment,
scheduling of workstations and workers, requisition of supplies, and
coordination of administrative activities as required. Helps watch over
other production foreman\'s people when they are out of the plant.
Produce parts and products following the established safety, quality,
and cost standards of the Company. Prepare and deliver all matters of
performance evaluations for assigned employees including annual
performance evaluations and discipline. Authority to drive company
