JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible to the Building and Grounds Manager to
coordinate and provide building and grounds maintenance to all
facilities in Rock & Walworth Counties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Identify, plan and perform
maintenance functions to all CAI locations. Perform building and
equipment repairs as requested or identified. Responsible for planning
and supervising small to medium scale remodeling projects. Inspects and
maintains CAI properties, grounds, equipment and vehicles for safety and
repair needs and perform or assign work as necessary. Notify Fiscal and
Property managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to
building operating systems. Responsible for periodic bidding of contract
services. Track and maintain working job order requests. To perform this
job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include
the following: Perform simple plumbing and electrical responsibilities
as necessary. Make deliveries of mail, furniture, materials, etc. as
necessary. Attend staff meetings as necessary. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be

Supervising volunteers, WISE and SER workers, and sub-contractors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/GED required. Additional
training or experience in building construction, fire and/or water
restoration or related field preferred. Paid work experience may be
substituted for degree at the discretion of the Employer. LANGUAGE
SKILLS: Requires effective listening, verbal and written communication
skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. MATHEMATICAL
SKILLS: Knowledge of basic math facts: adding, subtracting, multiplying,
dividing, fractions, and percentages. Ability to translate numbers to
required reports. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Ability to
creatively solve problems requiring decision-making skills where limited
