Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Provide strategic technical direction, management, oversight, and support to our hotels, Team Members, and owners
- Ensure hotel assets (building, spaces, plant, equipment, and systems) are being correctly managed and maintained
- Plan and implement initiatives to achieve results and influence relating to technical operations
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Hilton standards and procedures are being implemented
- Plan and implement initiatives to improve activities relating to technical operations
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Conduct the Hotel Engineering Annual Inspection once per year
- Monitor hotel technical and utility financial targets to ensure understanding of budget guidance
- Support the growth of our Engineering leaders by providing guidance, training, and career advancements opportunities
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) Years of work experience in Engineering preferably in hotels or similar facilities management roles
- Fluent in both English and Spanish including written and verbal
- Have high technical understanding of building/facility equipment, systems, and operations
- Travel up to 35%
