As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling, planning, implementing and managing Cleveland Clinic products and services to employers and their local, national and international intermediaries. Here, you will collaborate with team members on various business developments and client relationship goals. A caregiver in this position works from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Act as the single point of contact for customers.
- Lead and assist in the development of roadmaps, engagement plans and programs.
- Keep up with news, research, and topics that impact employer's healthcare related expenses
- Responsible for new sales and up-selling of current accounts.
- Effectively relay advanced knowledge of one or more healthcare related topics to clients.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to create new partnerships and alliances and drive marketing functions to educate and attract new customers.
- Work in collaboration with Institute leadership, Business Development, IT, Finance, Marketing and Legal to ensure internal stakeholders are on board with client delivery requirements.
- Establish and develop relationships and an in-depth understanding of the needs of the client and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain the enterprise-wide relationship management tool and develop/deliver ongoing reporting to Institute and leadership.
- Track and report on key metrics and milestones for each partner across the new relationship, implementation and ongoing account management stages
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Healthcare, Business Administration or related field
- Five years of experience in sales, business development, account management or equivalent topics
- Knowledge of health care topics in general
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Previous experience in Healthcare
- Master’s Degree
- Diverse capabilities represented by successful experiences in managing large, complex accounts

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Working in a stationary position for extended periods

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
