A client is looking to hire a Behavior Services Manager/Clinical Lead for their value- based, mission driven non-profit organization in Wall, NJ. Supervising a team of BCBAs, including report reviews, onsite case consults, and ongoing training. This person will be responsible for oversight and quality of center-based and home and in community ABA services, including quality assurance and standardization of programs. They will also be monitoring implementation of clinical policies, ensuring compliance, BACB compliance code and supervision standards, and conduct competency assessments. Collaborate with leaders to ensures clinical quality and ethical compliance and develop growth.

Must be a certified BCBA in good standing, 5+ years experience
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree (BCBA Master's Program)
Strong experience specific to assessment and implementation of behavior analytic programs in tiered service models
Demonstrated leadership skills including effective communication and solution-oriented problem-solving and holding strong accountability to team
Successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
