Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Payroll Specialists to join a leading HCM/Payroll company for a full-time contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate would be joining the service delivery team and working with small, medium, and national-sized accounts that provide end-to-end payroll solutions for these companies. They should have experience managing or running end-to-end, complex payrolls that cover different provinces across Canada. They should have their PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) and have worked in problem-solving or complex process improvement within payroll. Applicants must have valid Canadian work authorization and currently reside in Canada.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-5 years of Canadian payroll experience minimum

- PCP certification

- End-end payroll management of complex, and cross-provincial payrolls, including year-end payroll

- Can demonstrate the ability to resolve complex problems

- Able to be onsite 3x a week in office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CPM/PLP certification

- Unionized payroll
