Position Purpose
As a Project Manager, you will play an integral role within the Product Management team, responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating Labelmaster projects.
Essential Functions
- Ensuring quality results and implementing project management excellence with every project
- Validating all projects and making sure all customer and regulatory requirements are met
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts related to project management processes by evaluating and leveraging the organization’s capabilities and resources.
- 8-10+ years Project Management Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Microsoft Business Central or other similar ERP and CRM systems
- Prioritizing and efficiently managing projects to meet strategic company objectives
- Identifying and understanding project goals, needs, and scope
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining project plans, conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigations strategies, and performing cost- benefit analysis
- Planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are tracked and completed within the project timeline
- Documenting each step of the process using various project management tools and artifacts
- Managing all resources necessary for the execution of the project
- Fostering effective communication with cross-functional team members and stakeholders
- Anticipating and strategically eliminating barriers
