How you will make history here...

Develop and deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) P&L commitments on the Ready-To-Serve (RTS) soup portfolio.

Coach and develop a team with diverse experiences.

Develop business and marketing plans, using strategic, creative and critical thinking, in a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Approach solutions flexibly with a "can do" attitude in driving success for this portfolio.

Forecast demand and managing delivery of all aspects of the base RTS business.

What you will do...

Set the Annual Operating Plan financial and volume commitments in partnership with the larger category team.

Forecast demand and managing delivery of all aspects of the base RTS business.

Develop and commercialize brand line extensions, quality and cost improvements, and commercial innovation, all grounded in deep and relevant consumer insights.

Partner with Integrated Marketing Team to understand the performance and ROI of all marketing levers and optimizing investments throughout the course of the year.

Develop and execute the annual operating plans for the RTS brands and sub-category.

Deliver against the core brand positioning and vision by developing appropriate annual marketing and close-in product innovation plans.

In partnership with Demand Planning and Sales, generate monthly consumption and demand forecasts

Set marketing budgets and deliver P&L target Net Sales, Gross Margin and Marketing Contribution consistent with the group's overall financial commitments to the Company's growth agenda

Identify untapped areas of demand within core category/segments to generate new product or commercial innovation ideas and commercialize them, including selling strategy, communications idea development and executional planning in partnership with Customer Marketing and Sales teams

Organizational development, including management and day-to-day coaching of two Associate Brand Managers and a Marketing Coordinator.

Provide thought leadership to inspire greatness, divergent thinking, and ongoing inspiration for business building product and marketing ideas

Brand Marketers and Category Leadership across the Soup & Broth portfolio

Consumer Experience/Activation COE

Cross-functional partners (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

Bachelor's Degree Required

5+ years of relevant experience in consumer brand management

Strategic thinking ability and creative talent to bring breakthrough ideas to market

Strong analytic capability and project management skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: highly collaborative with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

MBA strongly preferred

CPG experience strongly preferred

Food/Beverage industry experience a nice plus

Proven experience leading a team

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$144,200-$207,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
