To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
- Inspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems
- Visually inspect and listen to machine and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
- Remove and replace worn or defective parts
- Realigns and adjusts components such as spindles and clutches
- Locates damaged air and hydraulic pipes on machine, and measures, cuts, threads, and installs new pipe
- Starts machines and equipment to test operation following repair
- Ability to wire and troubleshoot basic electrical control circuits
- Modifies computer controlled motion of robot
- Assist Engineer to modify sketches or computer generated designs of machine components such as hydraulic system and drive mechanism
This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Required experience:
- Journeyman status or equivalent required
- Basic electrical knowledge of high and low voltage systems
- PLC and Robotic welding experience required
