Superintendent/Construction Manager
We are looking for a Superintendent/Construction Manager to support our
Colorado team! Project work would primarily be in the Boulder, CO area.
This role would have the full support of the project manager while exercising
autonomy in day-to-day operations. Successful candidate will be a team player
who is self-motivated and willing to jump in and assist where needed, adding
value by offering thoughtful solutions and project efficiencies. Experience in
the construction of Pharma / Biotech facilities is favorable. Also,
interested in candidates with a background heavy in mechanical/piping.
Responsibilities:
Provide coordination and supervision of Pharma / Biotech renovations and
building additions with large amounts of process piping, clean utilities,
mechanical upgrades, and automation
Collaboration with clients, design teams and subcontractors for project
success
