Responsibilities:• Handle all aspects of civil litigation processes from the beginning to verdict to ensure optimal results for clients.• Organize and prepare documents, evidence, and legal research for hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.• Conduct thorough legal research on pertinent laws, regulations, and case precedents and prepare concise summaries and reports.• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents to support case progress.• Interview clients and witnesses, draft summaries of their statements, and maintain communication records.• Attend and actively participate in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and assist in informing clients about potential impacts on ongoing cases.• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their cases.• Participate in meetings with clients to offer significant updates on their cases.
