This role is essential for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting audits and budgetary processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in account reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closing procedures. Property Management or Condo Association experience is a plus.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

    • Oversee general ledger operations, including journal entries and adjustments.

    • Prepare detailed monthly reporting packages and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
