PAY RANGE: $18-20/hour, DOE

JOB TYPE: Full-time - 8:00-5:00, Monday-Friday

BENEFITS:

This is a maternity leave fill-in position without benefits, expected to last until late August.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, accepting payments, performing hearing aid checks and cleanings, data entry/record keeping, ordering, and some patient billing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Computer and office equipment proficiency
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional appearance
Commitment to safeguarding protected health information
Previous medical/allied health experience preferred (a candidate with experience will start on the upper end of the pay range)
Availability during all business hours except lunch break is critical
Experience with medical billing is a plus, but not required
