Technical Analysis Manager

The Technical Analysis Manager is responsible for managing all production operations in the SAP product suite utilized by Sales for the purposes of reporting and paying sales compensation and measuring and reporting performance management.

What You'll Do

Perform initial sizing and understanding scope for all SAP Commissions and Success Factors workstreams to assess impact of change, determine level of effort, define prioritization and assignment of ownership to coordinate efforts for successful implementation.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand, define and document business process and related technical requirements for sales variable pay and performance management configuration, to include subsequent daily reporting available to end users.
Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery of variable pay and performance management in SAP Commissions and Success Factors.
Owns creation, documentation, and facilitation of all test plans for SIT and UAT to ensure business requirements are met.
Ensure SAP Commissions' plan documentation is accurate and usable for intended audience to understand their compensation metrics and plan before publication and employee acknowledgement is collected.
Leads coordination with multiple teams to include sales strategy, configuration support, sales compensation ops, and technology to facilitate successful implementation of planned work streams and change requests through all resources.
Establish processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Identify, communicate, and manage risks that may interfere with functional execution and continuously monitor SAP development process.
Ensure team understanding of all design strategy and its impact to operations.

Keeps team current with development of SAP solutions.
Partner with team to identify and fulfill any training or documentation needs for the team or the channel.
Make improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives by leveraging best practices.

Who You Are

Minimum

BA/BS degree in related discipline (technical, business, management, analysis, etc.) with 6 years of experience in a related field (i.e. Technology, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, etc.); OR 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
Requires knowledge of Sales Compensation Strategy, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAS, etc.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal, project documentation skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle and prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong conceptual understanding of how database systems operate; ability to ask the right questions to gain firm understanding of systems and data.
Experience in writing and/or reviewing business specifications, technical specifications, and other project documentation.

Preferred

MS degree + 4 years of experience preferred in a related discipline (technical, business, management, analysis, etc.); OR Ph.D. + 1 year of experience in a related discipline (i.e. Technology, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, etc.).
Experience in SAP Commission and Success Factors Performance and Goals desired.
Experience in telecom CRM data.
Prefer certification in technology project management.

USD 97,100.00 - 161,800.00 per year
