Job description
- Greet and assist customers looking for information, making a reservation, and checking in for their rental.
- Handle cash and card transactions using a Clover POS
- General cleaning of the building, restocking of dune accessories and concessions.
- Answer and return phone calls to answer questions or offer booking assistance.
- Make reservations using FareHarbor booking system.
- Go over different vehicle types, rules of the ORV Park and Company policy.
- Restock merchandise
- Assist on Sunset Tours by engaging with the customers
