The Data Entry Associate position primarily focuses on data entry and clerical computer work within the real estate sector. This role involves managing and inputting real estate data accurately and efficiently into systems. While there may be minimal phone work, the primary responsibilities revolve around administrative tasks related to real estate data entry and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Inputs property listings, client information, and other real estate data accurately into databases and systems.
Updates and maintains real estate listings, including property details, prices, and availability.
Assists with organizing and filing real estate documents and contracts.
Supports real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks related to client transactions.
Generates reports and summaries based on real estate data as needed.
Collaborates with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the real estate database.
Maintains confidentiality and security of all real estate-related information.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Data Entry Associate, Office Assistant, or similar role within the real estate industry.
Proficiency in real estate data entry and management with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong computer skills, including experience with real estate databases (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
Familiarity with real estate terminology, property listings, and transaction processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive real estate information.
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or real estate-related field are a plus.

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.
