Senior Digital Strategy Lead, Accelerated Growth (English, Cantonese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in business development or client/partner management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently to support client relationship management in this market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales in a technology, advertising, media sales, and/or internet environment.
  • Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and/or media campaigns.
  • Experience in media across a variety of platforms (e.g., TV, radio, print, sponsorship, etc.).
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously with effective attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and investigative skills.

Within Google Customer Solutions, the Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) supports small and medium sized businesses with significant growth potential. AGT specializes in building funnel strategies to increase customer's return on investment, scale customer business base, and ultimately make business grow.

As a Digital Strategy Lead within AGT, you will identify and grow key client prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem, and set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on our platforms. You will collaborate with the Account Management teams to devise strategies to drive innovative growth to our clients and the Google business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of English and Cantonese-speaking clients by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievements.
  • Propose investment and deliver transformational marketing solutions to accelerate client growth according to the client's business and marketing objectives.
  • Own the business process by driving customer outreach, business strategy, solution implementation, and performance evaluation.
  • Work towards quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams at Google Customer Solutions to deliver customer success.
