• Help with timecards.
• Filing for each department as necessary.
• Answering phones and forwarding messages as necessary.
• Maintaining control of the visitor log and badges.
• Monitoring stock of supply room and assisting with getting supplies ordered for the office
• Help with material tracking to include following up with vendors on past due delivery dates, PO confirmations, cancelled orders and reqs submitted that haven’t been purchased. Basically someone who can do material audits on a weekly basis.
• Printing drawings as needed
Qualifications:
Experience answering phones, communicating via email, professional in-person
Experience with data entry, excel, google docs
