Final Assembly Group Lead Job Purpose: Oversees a variety of complex
operations and duties in a production area. May assist in the transition
of new products into manufacturing. Monitors equipment performance and
makes minor adjustments such as set-ups, calibrations and alignments.
Clears minor machine difficulties and performs maintenance and repair as
trained by a technician, engineer or supervisor. Assists operators by
answering questions and demonstrating operations. Spot checks product to
ensure quality levels are maintained. Nature of Duties: To direct;
coordinate and schedule the manufacturing process in thearea. Monitor
and control production goals and efficiencies! Work closely with
Management and Scheduling Department Maintain exceptional
qualitystandards. Will discuss other responsibilities atinterview.
Requirements and skills needed for the job: Previous leadership skills
preferred. Good communication skills. Ability to direct and
trainemployees. Responsible, organized and self-motivated. Ability to
motivateothers. Problem solvingability. Excellent attendance-must be
able to work allovertime. 4-6 years of related experience preferred.
High School or GED These are the primary responsibilities of the
position - however, the qualified applicant may be asked to perform
other duties as instructed by the supervisor for production necessity.
