Job Description

 
Manage the behavioral health billing operations, ensuring compliance with Managed Care and Medicaid requirements. Oversee workflow, supervise a small but growing team, and optimize revenue cycle processes. Supervise and support a small but growing billing team. Manage claims processing, charge entry, payment posting, and collections. Conduct A/R analysis, audits, and compliance reporting. Optimize revenue cycle processes and implement best practices. Train and mentor billing staff. Ensure accuracy in Medicaid APG billing and electronic transactions. Work with raw data files and 837 files for claims processing. 5+ years of medical billing experience, preferably in behavioral health. Supervisory experience in billing or revenue cycle management. Knowledge of Managed Care and Medicaid billing processes. Experience with Medicaid APG billing and electronic transaction setup.
