    Position Overview:

    As a key player on the Cross-Channel Marketing team, you’ll lead the development of science-backed measurement products to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of global marketing campaigns. You will work closely with technical and scientific partners to create causal inference models, experimentation frameworks, and scalable automation that help influence high-stakes investment decisions across the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing measurement products.

    • Define business and technical product requirements, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.

    • Communicate findings and product direction to leadership through detailed narratives, operating plans, and data-driven recommendations.
    • Use deep expertise in causal inference, modeling, and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize development.
    • Build alignment and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure product adoption and success.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, product marketing, or a related technical field.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Demonstrated ability to define and deliver product strategy, roadmap, and features.
    • Experience working with engineering teams to drive product development and technical trade-offs.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Hands-on experience working with Economists, Data Scientists, or Applied Scientists.
    • Proficiency in marketing measurement methodologies including A/B testing, causal modeling, and econometrics.
    • Familiarity with advanced data analysis, machine learning, or experimental design.
    • Experience building and scaling products that rely on complex scientific or analytical models.
    • Advanced degree in a technical, analytical, or quantitative field is a plus.
