| Job Description: |
Ebert Companies is seeking a Concrete Superintendent for various sized projects in the commercial construction field. Ebert Companies is a family owned and operated company that has been serving the area since 1968. Our team is made up of many tenured employees, who have been with us from 10 up to 40 years! As a company who promotes from within, we provide our motivated employees with opportunities for growth within our organization.
Responsibilities include:
• Blueprint reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day onsite jobs
• Managing multiple crews and subcontractors
• Monitoring safety of the crews on site
• Daily notes of completed work and upcoming needs
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and concrete deliveries
Qualifications:
• Effective communication with office and field staff
• Essential physical requirement necessary to do this job
• 5 years construction experience with footings, walls, and flatwork
• Strong organizational skills
• Task oriented
• Clean driving record
Compensation:
• Competitive Salary $70,000 - $100,000
