Required Skills: | • Diesel technology certification or equivalent • Valid driver’s license with insurability • Forklift experience • Ability to drive and maneuver large farm machinery or equipment • Ability to repeatedly lift items weighing upwards to 75 pounds, repeatedly climb up and down equipment, and be on your feet for extended periods of time • Customer service, communication, and people skills • Excellent computer skills • Organization skills and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment • Able to resolve problems and make independent judgment calls with little or no supervision |
Preferred Skills: | • Diesel technology certification in ag mechanics • At least 3 years of diesel technician experience with steady employment • CDL with insurability |

Job Description: |
Position Purpose: This position maintains, repairs, services, and overhauls farm machinery, engines, and vehicles and is responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding promptly in a professional and positive manner to customer needs and complaints. Provides support to other departments as needed.
