Buffalo. Military Laundry & Lounge. Attendant. PT. 2nd Shift. 4PM-12AM. $15/hr. Assist self-service laundry customers as needed with washers, dryers, coin machines, vending machines and washer/dryer issues. Performs washing, drying, folding of drop-off laundry customers according to procedures. Help to maintain cleanliness of store, machines, and customer satisfaction. Attendant Responsibilities: *Receives wash and fold orders and enters into computer *Loads and operates dryers, insuring proper weight of load and correctness of temperature. *Neatly fold and bag laundry for customer pick up *Maintains cleanliness of store by wiping countertops, machine tops and soap receptacles *Make sure trash and recycling containers are emptied not overflowing *Ensure garbage and recycling containers are put to curb on appropriate garbage days and returned the following day *Floors are swept, mopped and kept dry and clear of debris *Keeps bathroom clean and stocked *Help customers using washers, dryers, vending machines and coin machines *Clean lint screens with vacuum as necessary to maintain optimum efficiency *Report any equipment not working properly to management with details *Provide refunds to customers *Restock soap vending machines, and report on inventory counts *Clean parking lot *Always wear appropriate work clothing *No open toed footwear *Sneakers and work shoes allowed *Performs other duties as assigned by management
