Central Wisconsin. BETTER TOGETHER 1.0 FTE GHC is open to hiring
Master\'s graduates that are still working towards their licensure. This
exciting position will have the opportunity to provide therapy services
to GHC Foundations IOP as well as individual outpatient therapy for GHC
Members and to the community. The blending of these two areas of
treatment offers a unique system of support for patients participating
in the GHC Foundations IOP, and to support those patients as they step
down into outpatient care. This role is just one of the ways GHC-SCW is
working to ensure stability throughout the continuum of care. The
Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program Therapist (BH IOP
Therapist) is responsible for program support and service coordination
for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and for delivery of direct
clinical services to patients in the IOP as a practicing
psychotherapist. The incumbent will triage patients referred to the
program, participate in weekly patient planning staff meetings,
facilitate group-based treatment and support discharge planning. The BH
IOP Therapist works under the general direction and supervision of a
Behavioral Health Coordinator, with additional accountability to the
Director Behavioral Health. The incumbent knows and abides by all Group
Health Cooperative of South- Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) organizational
and departmental policies, sets personal standards and strives for high
quality work in completing assignments, performs job duties in a timely
manner, and represents the organization in a positive manner. The

attitude. JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a Master\'s degree from
an accredited college or university in a psychotherapy-related field
such as Psychology, Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, or Nursing
required. Possession of an appropriate Wisconsin clinical license (e.g.,
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist), and Certification by the State of
Wisconsin Medicaid/Health Forward program as a Mental Health Provider
required. Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI Number) for
health care providers. Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver license
with a good driving record. A minimum of three (3) years of experience
in the provision of direct clinical mental health services required.
