    We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions for hardware, software, and networking issues. This position requires a proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work effectively with minimal supervision.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support for Windows 10/11 operating systems.

    • Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and Office Suite applications.

    • Utilize Azure Active Directory for user account management and troubleshooting.

    • Address and resolve issues related to endpoint detection and response tools, such as SentinelOne.

    • Use remote control software like TeamViewer to assist users with technical problems.

    • Handle printing support requests and ensure functionality for remote users.

    • Collaborate with the team to monitor and manage systems using tools like Ninja or ConnectWise Automate.

    • Respond to and resolve tickets within the organization's ticketing system, such as Jira or ConnectWise Management.

    • Apply basic and advanced cybersecurity principles, including data encryption and log auditing, to ensure system security.
