We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions for hardware, software, and networking issues. This position requires a proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work effectively with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support for Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and Office Suite applications.
• Utilize Azure Active Directory for user account management and troubleshooting.
• Address and resolve issues related to endpoint detection and response tools, such as SentinelOne.
• Use remote control software like TeamViewer to assist users with technical problems.
• Handle printing support requests and ensure functionality for remote users.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor and manage systems using tools like Ninja or ConnectWise Automate.
• Respond to and resolve tickets within the organization's ticketing system, such as Jira or ConnectWise Management.
• Apply basic and advanced cybersecurity principles, including data encryption and log auditing, to ensure system security.
• Provide assistance with hardware configuration and software deployments on various devices, including Apple and Android systems.
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with endpoint detection and response tools like SentinelOne.
• Proficiency in using remote control software, such as TeamViewer, for troubleshooting.
• Experience in supporting hardware and software configurations for both Apple and Android devices.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including data encryption and log auditing.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira or ConnectWise Management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
