Faculty Position in Economics

The Department of Economics at the University of Rochester (http://www.econ.rochester.edu) seeks to recruit one faculty member at the rank of assistant professor in any of the following areas:

 

Econometrics

Microeconomics

Macroeconomics

International Economics

Public Economics

Labor Economics

Development Economics

 

The Department of Economics is looking for a high level of demonstrated scholarship, the potential for making important contributions to economics and the ability to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels.

 

Interested individuals should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of (or links to) important publications and/or working papers and a statement of their commitment to advancing equity and fostering an inclusive and diverse community in academia, including past work and future goals on line at https://www.rochester.edu/faculty-recruiting. For final review, candidates must arrange for three letters of recommendation to be submitted to the same site. The review process will begin November 20th, 2023 .
