Manpower Skilled Technical is looking for a Industrial Maintenance Technician for our client located in Bristol, PA.
Pay: $28 - $40 per hour
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 pm – 6:00 am)
Training: 2nd shift for around 90 days.
Duties:
- Maintains and repairs equipment and systems that support production, distribution, warehousing and general facilities operations. This includes but is not limited to electrical and electronic PLC controlled systems and equipment.
- Performs repairs on production-filling equipment, packaging equipment, compounding equipment, material handling equipment, conveyors, case sealers, kettles and process equipment
- Machines using lathes, drill presses, band saws and other shop machines or tooling.
- Assist with resolving failure modes of plant support equipment i.e. compressors, heat exchangers, dust collectors, vacuum systems, etc.
- Troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshooting of drive-mechanisms, including, but not limited to, motors, gearboxes, pulleys and bearings.
Requirements:
- Industrial Maintenance Technician experience or related positions.
- Working knowledge of PLC’s, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems, strong mechanical aptitude.
- Able to read technical drawings and technical specifications and has knowledge of automated/computerized machinery.
- Years of Experience: 3 – 5 years
