Primary Responsibilities:

• Schedule: M-F; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with 1-hour available for lunch
• Approximately 18-20 patients seen per day
• Examines, assesses, diagnoses and treats patients in a team-based care environment
• Clinical support staff; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, and follow up appointments

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Unrestricted CA Physician License
• Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Board eligible/Board certified

California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $249,728.00 to $355,092.00 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
