opportunity below. The Operations Technician in Item Processing will
manage various depositing channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in
processing transactions. This person will be: Managing remote deposit
capture processes, ensuring regulatory compliance. Overseeing virtual
vault operations for large cash transactions, maintaining secure
storage. Handling lock box processing for vendor payments. Processing
ATM transactions, including file reconciliation and timely processing.
Conducting transaction verification, utilizing data verification tools
and resolving duplicates. Generating adjustment tickets for accurate
transaction balancing before core system entry. Reviewing incoming work,
resolving complex issues, and coordinating with relevant resources.
Performing data entry, verifying accuracy, and balancing general ledger
accounts. Providing fast, effective, and courteous service to customers
and banks. Preparing, editing, and distributing specialized documents
related to deposit processing. Review the qualifications listed below:
Education High School or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Required. Experience 2-4 years Office experience. Required.
3+ years Office/Operations experience. Preferred. In addition to core
