Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Manager in managing the community's budget and financials
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in planning and executing community events and activities
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities
- Assist in managing the community's social media presence
- Ensure that the community is well-maintained and clean
- Assist in managing the community's staff and vendors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in property management or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
