We administer rental assistance programs and offer a variety of housing-related programs and services promoting home ownership, educating renters and landlords, improving existing housing stock, and developing and managing affordable housing. Belmont Housing offers great work/life balance and an excellent benefit package, and is looking to fill the following position: REPORTS TO: Site Manager/Sr. Maintenance Technician SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Maintains apartment community (or portfolio of communities) in a clean and orderly condition, including interiors, exteriors, common areas, vacant units and grounds. Assists in other types of basic maintenance when necessary. EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. SKILLS: Cleaning, light landscaping, snow removal, and basic maintenance.
