3M is seeking a Quality Coordinator in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Impact Youll Make in this Role
As a Quality Coordinator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical conduct while completing all responsibilities and assignments
• Being able to interact on a professional level with both customers and suppliers
• Continually developing knowledge relating to quality and testing processes
• Adhering to all company safety, operational and personnel policies, procedures and practices
• Performing APQP, PPAP and FAI activities as required

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three (3) years manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams (Engineering, Plant Engineering, Production, and other functions when required) to help resolve quality issues
• Strong problem-solving and high organization skills
• Self-Motivated, detail oriented and independent
• Performs bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, squatting throughout shift

The starting rate of pay for this position is $24.69 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
