diligent and dedicated individual to join us as a Clubhouse Monitor at
The Domain Apartments. Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED) is a
leading property management firm committed to providing exceptional
experiences for our residents. With over 35 years of industry
experience, we are continuously expanding our footprint. Boasting more
than 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with numerous
upcoming projects, the opportunities are boundless, and the journey
promises excitement. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the clubhouse is
properly closed and secured after operating hours, maintaining a safe
environment for residents and visitors. Communicate and enforce
clubhouse rules and regulations to ensure compliance among residents and
visitors. Keep the clubhouse clean and organized by promptly addressing
any messes, emptying trash receptacles, straightening furniture, and
performing routine vacuuming. General Requirements: Demonstrate
professionalism, courtesy, and tactfulness. Adhere to fair housing laws,
OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
Detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities. Ability to work
independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Schedule: Sunday -
Thursday: 1-2 hours per night; Friday - Saturday: 2-3 hours per night;
at minimum need to be available at 10pm to ensure the clubhouse is not
