    Position Summary:

    We’re seeking a talented and versatile Digital Designer to join our team. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual and user-centric designs across various digital platforms that align with branding standards and deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, marketing specialists, developers, and stakeholders to produce innovative designs that enhance the digital experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Visual Design: Create eye-catching, high-quality digital assets, including website designs, email templates, banners, social media graphics, interactive ads, and more, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
    • User Experience (UX): Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize navigation and improve overall customer engagement.
    • Website and Application Design: Collaborate with developers to produce wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals that blend aesthetic appeal with functionality. Ensure designs are responsive and mobile-friendly.
    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital designs align with the client’s brand identity, guidelines, and tone of voice.
    • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, and strategy) to conceptualize and fine-tune design solutions based on project requirements and user feedback.
    • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep deliverables fresh and competitive.
    • Quality Assurance: Review designs and final outputs to ensure all deliverables meet standards in quality, accessibility, and functionality.
    • Technical Knowledge: Understand digital best practices related to responsive design, accessibility, file optimization, browser compatibility, and more.


    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
    • Experience: Proven 3+ years of experience as a Digital Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital platforms.
    • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
    • UX/UI Knowledge: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design techniques, and usability testing.
    • Coding Familiarity: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and its role in the development process (plus but not required).
    • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Creativity and Vision: Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering inspiring and effective design solutions.
    • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present ideas effectively and work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
