This is a 100% remote opportunity for our client in the energy industry.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
Must have worked in a call center background in the last year.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with hourly pay of $19.
Must-haves:
- 2+ years in a customer experience/support role, preferably in an online environment
- Can demonstrate successfully going above and beyond in a work-from-home environment
- Ability to effectively and efficiently work with others as a team, while operating as a self-starter
- Ability to multitask, think on one’s feet, and navigate difficult situations with compassion & a positive demeanor
- Outstanding judgment when trusted with critical, non-public data and information
- Passion for our mission, sustainability, and helping drive a clean-energy future
- Access to a stable and functional work-from-home environment, including strong wi-fi and good acoustics / uninterrupted space to support our members on the phone
Requirements
- Experience working in tech or startups
- Experience with Zendesk or another customer support ticketing system
- Knowledge of the renewable energy space and a demonstrated passion for working at a passionate organization
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent verbal & written communication skills in both languages
