Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience:

High School Diploma/GED required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs required.
General knowledge of fire trucks preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Document Coordinator is responsible for compiling Equipment/Owner’s Manuals for vendor parts, Systems Schematics, OEM Documentation, Photo Documentation, and Generate packing lists for shipment of apparatus. This position ensures the company is adhering to standard processes, and associated documentation.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

All employees are required to support Rosenbauer’s Mission, Vision, and Values.  The following are the essential duties of this position and do not include marginal functions that are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties. The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer. 

Create packing list for loose equipment.
Compiles MSO, schematics, and other informational NFPA documentation, for a manual box and customer use.
Responsible for documentation of in-process and completion photos for sales and dealers.
Identify and gather information and vendor manuals from the database and add to truck folder. Provide printed copies or a USB digital drive as needed.
Create shipping bill of ladings (BOL).
Notify Purchasing of backordered items.
Edit manual pictures in Word as needed.
Ensures printed manuals and information boxes are ready to ship with trucks.
Assists Project Managers by running errands during customer visits.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
