Warehouse & Distribution Manager at our Little Chute, WI facility, you
will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure safe and efficient
operations. You will manage material movements, inventory, inter-company
transfers, outbound shipments, optimize warehouse utilization, and lead
the warehouse team. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Provide
leadership and manage day-to-day operations at the Trilliant Main
Warehouse by fostering a positive and safe work environment that
promotes productivity and cross-functional teamwork. Responsible for
understanding internal and external customer expectations by
establishing and maintaining effective relationships and developing
cost-efficient strategies to meet service expectations. Participate and
support the development, training, and post-auditing of all Standard
Operating Procedures. Plan and manage warehouse space utilization that
optimizes material flows and storage within the facility through
inventory management processes, facility, and zoning strategies. Ensure
inventory accuracy, proper stock rotation, and date code integrity.
Develop performance standards and processes for optimizing operational
efficiencies and customer satisfaction while controlling costs.
