Job Summary | The Associate Director for Residence Life reports directly to the Director of Housing and Residential Life with a primary focus on facilitating an engaging residential experience that is highly relational; fosters curiosity and learning; centers well-being; and supports students successfully finding their way. The Associate Director for Residence Life supports the residential experience by providing overall leadership to the residence life staff team and essential administrative functions of the residence life operation. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, selection, ongoing development, as well as performance management of professional and student staff; collaborative development and implementation of the residential experience model; departmental signature engagement events; and departmentally sponsored student leadership organizations. This position has an opportunity to live in university-owned housing. |
