Senior Tax Analyst, International Tax

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Tax Analyst, International Tax, will play a critical role in managing all aspects of international income taxation including compliance, tax provisions and transfer pricing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international taxation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions and regions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Preparation of global transfer pricing documentation and reports for various jurisdictions
- Assist with U.S. International tax reporting ensuring accurate and timely filing with the federal tax return
- Preparation and review of foreign income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
- Tracking of USGAAP to stat timing differences
- Assist with foreign income tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns in various jurisdictions
- Calculation of Subpart F, FTC, GILTI, FDII to support the US tax compliance team
- Assist with foreign withholding taxes
- Assist with Pillar II implementation and compliance
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, evaluating the impacts of the company’s operations and financial position
- Provide assistance with the tax implications of international business activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and expansions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required Education: Bachelor or Undergraduate Degree
Additional Education Preferred: Masters or Graduate Degree
Field of Study Preferred: Tax Accounting or Tax Law
Required Work Experience: 4 years of corporate income tax experience including participation in advanced tax research and planning projects
Licenses Preferred: CPA or Master of Tax preferred
Required Computer and Software Skills: Experience with OneSource Income Tax, and advanced Excel skills required. Alteryx and SAP experience a plus.
Travel Requirements: less than 10%
Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience with multinational manufacturing companies
- Experience US International Tax reporting required
- Experience in global transfer pricing required
- Experience using tax research tools
- Demonstrated SME status in a complex area
