About The Role


We are looking for an experienced Deposit Operations manager to join our corporate team here at Third Federal. This person will be responsible for overseeing several operational associates and Deposit Operations processes to ensure we provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role has hybrid options after a training period. Onsite is based at our Corporate Campus location (7007 Broadway Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105).


 


Responsibilities


    • Provide leadership, coach, train, manage performance, and develop associates

    • Establish and maintain knowledge of Third Federals product offerings; traditional products include checking, savings, CDs and retirement products and electronic products including remote deposit capture and debit card portfolio

    • Supervises and assists with account issues as they relate to Deposit Operations.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams

    • Ensure that team members exceed expectations and demonstrate Third Federals values

    • Coordinate and at times deliver training

    • Participating or leading projects as necessary

    • Ensure operational integrity and compliance in all bank policies and procedures

    • Provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers

    • Investigates and resolves complex issues and requests from Third Federal Saving & Loan internal/external customers, which may involve in-depth research and a comprehensive knowledge of all products and deposit regulations and laws.

    • Performs operational responsibilities that drive team performance including planning, execution, process improvement and best-practice sharing.

    • Assist in the hiring process of new associates by conducting interviews and providing recommendations

    • Other duties as assigned or requested


 


Qualifications


    • 2+ years of Deposit Operations or banking supervisory experience required

    • Ability to prioritize work and maintain productivity under deadlines

    • Ability to lead and develop associates

    • Ability to resolve complex issues

    • Strong collaboration skills, and has the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers

    • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to change

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

    • Attention to detail with effective research and analytical skills
