    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze cash positions and make informed decisions on cash investments based on established treasury guidelines.

    • Participate in liquidity meetings to assess and strategize cash flow management.

    • Handle accounts payable (AP) and travel and expense (T& E) processes, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.

    • Support cash management activities, including late-day trading and reconciliation tasks.

    • Collaborate with banks to implement necessary system updates and changes.

    • Assist with the escalation and resolution of AP and T& E issues while maintaining compliance with company protocols.

    • Utilize financial tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Concur, and banking software to streamline operations.

    • Provide training and guidance on treasury processes, enabling team members to enhance their knowledge and efficiency.

    • Analyze and allocate funds across accounts to optimize cash flow and capital management.

    • Support offshore initiatives by transitioning bank fee and custody operations as needed.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, treasury management, or financial services.
    • Proficiency in accounting and banking software systems, including Bloomberg Terminal and Concur.
    • Strong understanding of cash management, accounts payable, and travel and expense processes.
    • Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic investment decisions.
    • Familiarity with treasury management concepts and processes.
    • Excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage dynamic tasks.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
