Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Integrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex cloud-based systems within our Government customer’s existing infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and reliable cloud solutions.

• Responsible for bringing together component subsystems into a whole and ensuring that those subsystems function together.

• Design and implement cloud-based integration solutions that meet Government requirements.

• Implement, plan, coordinate, schedule, test, improve, and maintain IT systems.

• Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in a timely manner.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve our integration processes.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on the team.

• Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to identify upgrade needs and integration opportunities.

• Integrate subsystems into cohesive units to adapt to changing needs.

• Communicate with Government to determine optimal subsystem pricing/sourcing.

• Report to leadership and stakeholders on infrastructure capabilities.

Requirements:

• Ability to develop & use exceptionally complex concepts & processes that span multiple organizations and disciplines.

• Performs multiple tasks at specialist level.

• Leads multiple Junior/Mid-level personnel.

• Evaluates & recommends new technology & processes based upon cost, risk, mission.

• 8-12 years of experience in system integration.

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and data management principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Poly (or obtainable CI Poly)

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or related work experience

Minimum Years of Experience: 8-12
