    This position will combine hands-on executive support with leadership responsibilities, while navigating multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
    • Provide meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing follow-up actions.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Supervise and mentor administrative team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
    • Serve as a go-to resource, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
    • Manage workflow delegation, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the team.
    • Ensure consistent administrative processes and standards are followed across the team.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
    • Act as a liaison across departments, effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of administrative experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with scheduling and travel management tools preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
    • Experience in investment banking, finance, or professional services a plus.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Trusted resource who others feel comfortable coming to for guidance.

     

    Benefits:

    • The salary range for this position is $70-90K, full benefits (medical, dental, vision), competitive PTO + paid holidays, and 401K w/ company match.
