Zoetis, Inc. Work with the Sustainability Team to set annual and long-term targets for carbon reduction via the reduction of Scope 1 and 2 emissions. Complete energy and utility assessments at manufacturing sites to identify opportunities to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. Prepare full feasibility studies of projects to reduce energy usage, including scope, budget, carbon reduction benefits, financial analysis. Support sites to implement energy savings projects, including participation in design reviews and engagement of consultants and contractors for project delivery. Support sites to incorporate sustainability initiatives within major capital projects. Develop and maintain site sustainability master plans. Benchmark energy related consumption against best practice guidelines. Support sites to develop load shedding plans as part of business continuity. Creation of utilities and energy related good practice guidelines and sharing good practices across the network. Develop the competency of site engineering teams to be more independent in identifying and implementing sustainability projects. Subject Matter expert for HVAC and utility systems including design, automation, efficient operations, and monitoring. Monitor technical advancements in utility operations and sustainability. Monitor changes in energy legislation. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related and 5 years of experience required. In lieu of Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, will accept Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related and 3 years of experience.
