JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Manager, Global Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable, and Travel Management Remote, USA (Must sit in Central or
Eastern Time Zone) We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for
Global Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Travel Management to
optimize financial operations across vendor payments, customer
collections, and travel expense management. This role ensures financial
accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple international
markets. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep
understanding of global finance operations, and a proven ability to
drive process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (AP) &
Accounts Receivable (AR) Oversee end-to-end AP processes, ensuring
accurate vendor payments, compliance with policies, and optimized
working capital. Lead global AR functions, driving timely invoicing,
collections, and dispute resolution while implementing credit risk
management strategies. Work with procurement and operations teams to
streamline vendor payment processes and negotiate terms for better cash
flow. Monitor aging reports and collections, leveraging data analytics
to enhance cash flow management and minimize bad debt. Maintain strong
supplier and customer relationships to ensure smooth payment cycles and
prompt issue resolution.Travel & Expense Management Oversee travel
accounting, corporate credit card programs, and policy compliance.
Administer Concur system and manage internal travel policy inquiries.
Support ad hoc financial reporting, including government sunshine
reporting and insurance renewals.Leadership & Process Improvement Lead a
high-performing global team, providing mentorship and professional
development. Drive automation, efficiency, and integration of financial
systems (ERP, fintech solutions). Ensure compliance with global
financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies, conducting
regular audits and training. Collaborate with finance, audit, and
compliance teams to strengthen internal controls and financial data
integrity. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to
continuously improve financial operations. Foster a culture of
continuous improvement and innovation in financial
processes.Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor\'s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA,
CMA, or MBA a plus). Experience: 10+ years in AP, AR, or Travel
Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Global Finance
Expertise: Strong knowledge of international financial operations,
multi-currency transactions, and compliance. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred), financial reporting
