Your Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct assistance to customers by expediting complicated sales and customer requests (specialized equipment requests, receiving customer complaints, and assisting in resolution)
- Requesting warehouse assistance in locating and delivering products, service department assistance in the preparation of equipment, and requisitioning merchandise from the Distribution Center and Purchasing department
- Reviewing quotes and pricing-related issues and ensuring compliance with pricing policies
- Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, training, and supervising Inside Sales Associates
- Overseeing the DOT program
- Ongoing training and responsibilities to become a go-to resource for Inside Sales Associates
- Helping in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor (fronting, pricing, and stocking sales shelves for product displays and work areas, etc.)
- Participating in store events (physical inventories, sales meetings, trade shows, special sales, etc.)
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
- Duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Associates
- Completing related tasks as assigned
You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and to be able to learn new software
- Strong communication skills
- To be able to work a rotating Saturday shift
We’d Love if You Have:
- Some knowledge of tools and equipment
- Previous retail or customer service leadership experience
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand on a hard surface for up to 10 hours
- Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
