Today we are ready to Hire an Analyst to join our Operations team!

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain forecast alignment with PTO schedules
  • Report on variances to forecast, analyze trends, and provide management with recommendations.
  • Manage establishment of new clients and engagements in professional services automation system
  • Manage contracts processing for each client and client engagement
  • Manage SOX processes and reporting to support the client setup process and related revenue recognition
  • Invoice Management
  • Weekly review of time and expenses for assigned clients
  • Reconciliation of time to budget and client expectation and systems
  • Proactive communication with Engagement Managers regarding budget issues, gaps regarding time entry, approvals, or contracts
  • Create and maintain accurate client invoices
  • Work with Engagement Managers and clients to ensure timely payment
  • Utilize available operational data (including HR, Recruiting, Sales, Finance), to develop reports and analyze data to develop forecasts, and  determine trends across the business and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Review opportunities to improve Operations areas including identification of process improvements, use of automation, and training and communication with others.    

 Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.

Base Pay Range $45,000 - $65,000
