Summary: The Project Coordinator will be a member of a small team in Mobile, AL. The position will manage a variety of special projects. They will need to deliver projects on time, on cost, and of the highest quality. The Project Coordinator must be able to work independently and will report directly to the project manager.

Job responsibilities: Principal customer is AIRBUS
- Project Coordination: determine the concept, investigate onsite, define and plan a solution, validate the solution, determine manufacturing processes, create cost estimates for the project, and be able to guarantee the quality of the project documentation
- Propose solutions adapted to the customers need, report the progress of project to the customer
- Update the project through internal software
- Communicate and collaborate with other services and departments of the company located in Toulouse, France
Education & experience:
- 2-5 years of experience with Technical Certificate or Engineering Degree
- Technician or Engineer in aeronautic tooling, with mechanical experience
- Excellent critical thinking, problem analysis, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in project management (cost, quality and deadline)
- CAD: CATIA V5 experience
- Understanding of AIRBUS tooling standard
- Ability to speak confidently with customers at all levels, from management to maintenance technicians
- Able to adapt to the available manufacturing capacity (internal and subcontracted)
- Experience in logistics and warehouse management
- Experience driving a forklift
