Job Description:
This position handles all aspects of running a fabrication and assembly shop.
We are looking for someone who wants to build and grow a high-performance shop
in the Northern Colorado region and be a key member of an expanding company.
Core Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating and directing daily tasks of shop personnel.
Interviewing potential shop hires.
Welding per AWS using GMAW, FCAW, GTAW processes.
Running manual mills, lathes, rolls, forklifts.
Ensuring jobs are completed on time.
Confirming jobs meet customer requirements.
